  • MarketAdd is available free of charge to sellers, and the current use of our solution is settled in the SaaS flat-fee system – a commission that is a percentage of the sales turnover of the supported store. In short:until you start selling thanks to us, you don’t pay us anything.

Technological Support from it

The Marketadd.eu contractor receives access to the administration of the online platform, which enables the sale of products in European Union countries.
The MarketAdd team supervises the continuous development of the platform, introducing additional functionalities and new solutions. The correct operation of the platform is monitored on an ongoing basis and technical support is provided to SLA (Service Level Agreement) contractors.

Thanks to market analysis, the team prepared a database on the functioning of the e-commerce market in many European Union countries.

Support in necessary legal matters

Marketadd.eu focuses on transparency when dealing with legal matters. The company establishes branches in each country and registers VAT and EU VAT numbers. The company settles taxes in the countries where it operates on identical principles. Just like other participants in a specific market – without taking advantage of tax breaks and opportunities that could apply if it was decided to use a different company structure.
The role of Marketadd.eu is to prepare the necessary documentation tailored to the requirements of a given market. Contractors receive ready-made documents required for online sales, i.e. store regulations, privacy policy and returns and complaints regulations.

Logistical SUPPORT

The Markedadd.eu platform has a signed contract with the GLS courier company, which provides logistics to many European Union countries. For testing purposes, we checked the operation of their system. We sent parcels to the Netherlands and Germany. We then processed the return of such a parcel and checked the operation of their system for information about shipping, delivery time and total shipping costs.
The establishment of companies in other countries will enable Marketadd.eu to offer solutions to other markets.

Sellers with their own online store can create an account on the MarketAdd.eu platform and generate copies of their stores for individual EU countries. MarketAdd is a solution for sellers who have experience in e-commerce and do not need to learn how to run an online store

It allows for easy operation of an advanced e-commerce system. It allows you to create functionalities that help sellers manage their store (products, categories, orders, payments, shipping, invoices, legal documents). Thanks to the API channel, it enables communication with Magento and other external services.

Enables bi-directional exchange between dashboard and Magento. Thanks to the API, it is possible to send to Magento: information about the creation of new stores, operations on products and categories, changes to visual content, information about orders and returns, and the configuration of individual stores.

The API also allows you to send to the dashboard: information about products and categories, information about store configuration, taxes, graphic templates, installed modules, etc., marketing campaigns, text translations.

Advanced Magento technology allows you to generate new stores, build a product database, use numerous graphic templates, modules for handling payments, shipments and other activities related to running an online store.

Stores generated by the MarketAdd.eu platform have their own URL and retain the style developed in the seller’s original store. Thanks to a shared warehouse, sellers have control over the quantities of products sold. Stores operating in different countries are connected to one cockpit from which they can be managed.

The stores are adapted to the conditions prevailing on a given EU market. Customers from a given country use well-known payment and delivery methods. They have a full range of information about the store and product in their language and an interface adapted to local standards.
